  • One-on-one Running Coaching Program

    A coaching experience unlike any other. In one-on-one coaching, you’ll enter into an interactive process where we’ll discuss your fitness goals, and determine how to get you there.

    $210/month

    This plan is for you if:

    • You’re interested in adding running regularly into your routine, but you’re not sure where to start

    • You would like to run a race without any pain or injury

    • You want to increase your race pace and set a new Personal Record

    • You are hoping to increase your overall fitness and health by pushing yourself to be stronger

    What you’ll get:

    • 30-minute goal-setting phone call at the start of your training cycle

    • Customized training plan

    • Email and text access to your personal running coach during your training cycle

    • Experienced advice about running, cross-training, and fitness

    • In-person or video call coaching sessions, as needed. (Up to 1 hour per week)
